Some parts sell out faster than others. If a part is easily available to restock from Japan, I will have it set to "backorder" when all sold out. If you purchase the part on "backorder", basically it means you are pre-ordering a part when it comes back into stock. I try my best to re-order parts before they run out, but some sell too quick for my little monkey brain to compute.
In the event said part is on "backorder", please allow 2-3 weeks for that part to arrive. Since you purchased the part, you will be first in line for when it comes to shipping it out and in some instances I will upgrade shipping to arrive faster. Thank you for your patience!

Oh kei, yes and no. It depends on the situation. Please do not take this the wrong way, but I am trying to instill certain skills into your life (and this is not Amazon, lol). One being, paying attention. I try to make it clear what parts go to what vehicle but in the event you are not sure, please reach out to me. I will answer you very quickly. Usually within an hour or so if I am at my phone or computer. I know how important it is for you, the customer, to receive parts new, fresh in the box and untampered with. I am a simple man who spends my money on parts to stock and sell, I DO NOT DROP SHIP, so I myself can not repackage parts to look pretty again for an excited customer to receive, just to be saddened by a pre-opened part. I know you know what I am talking about :D
So maybe that was one skill but you get the point. Don't click and buy without being sure please. These vehicles are not from the USA, so making sure certain parts fit is very important. Parts take several weeks or months to arrive from Japan here, so ordering the incorrect part can be frustrating for the both of us and I am here to help you, not frustrate you. With that said, if the part ordered was unused, unopened and still looks as exciting to you as it will the next person, I will consider the return and from there you can contact me for more information on how to do so. For those out of the USA, have no fear, hand calculated shipping is here! It will not let you purchase parts to ship outside the US. I am sorry. It is too hard to calculate shipping since there are so many parts and possibilities to ship something. In the event you need some parts shipped outside of the USA, please reach out to me with what you need, I will put together a PayPal invoice and I will calculate the best shipping price I can get for you. OR if I have the part on eBay, I can use the global shipping program there and that way you don't have to deal with an invoice from me.
That's oh kei! I can help. If you send me your VIN, for example, KS4-123456, I can look up your vehicle on the parts database in Japan and double check fitment. In the event I can not figure it out because I haven't had my jelly beans for the day, always just check the photo to see if it matches your part. I DO NOT use stock photos. All photos are actual photos of the part. I do not do that "picture may vary" nonsense like other guys do since we are for the most part, visual creatures and want accurate pictures of the part. That is all.
